Hawks' Hossa Pots Game-Tying Goal on Tuesday: Marian Hossa scored in the second period to tie Tuesday's Game 1 with the Wild at one as the Blackhawks went on to win 2-1 in the first round of the playoffs. (Updated 5/1/13)

It was the 37th goal for Marian Hossa in his career in the postseason. For Hossa he is looking for a long run especially after his playoff time was cut short last season when he suffered a concussion against Phoenix. If Game 1 is any indication, goals might be coming at a premium as the Wild are going to try to keep the score low. (Updated 5/1/13).
Can anyone get that image of Marian Hossa, immobilzed on a stretcher, out of their head? Hossa's season -- and the Hawks' playoff hopes -- ended on the forearm of Phoenix's Raffi Torres. He says he's symptom-free and ready for camp, but we can't help but feel a bit queasy about him to start the season. Just look at how long Sidney Crosby was out. It's a real shame because he's coming off his most successful regular season (77 points) since 2006-07 where he scored 100. Draft him as though he'll miss 20 games and you'll probably be OK. Then his 60 points won't feel like a let-down. (Updated 8/14/12)
