Morrisonn is a good defensive presence and penalty killer, but has never had much of an offensive game. He is best used in Fantasy leagues that reward heavily for short-handed stats.

| The Capitals decided to bring Shaone Morrisonn back for the 2009-10 campaign after tallying three goals and 13 points for the team last season. He recorded 111 hits on the campaign and 98 blocked shots as he continued his outstanding defensive work. He is not much of an offensive threat but is worth picking up in leagues that reward heavily for PIM and shorthanded stats on Draft Day. (Updated 8/18/09) |
