Fantasy Analysis
Derek Roy struggled to just 44 points in 80 games and was the subject of trade rumours for much of the 2011-12 season. A return to previous levels isn't out of the question, but ice time down the middle will be harder to come by with the late-season emergence of Tyler Ennis and the club's acquisition of Cody Hodgson. Roy's season was cut short with a torn quad right before Christmas, but before suffering the injury, he was on pace for about 25 goals and 45 assists. A late return to the ice in the playoffs was encouraging for Roy's prospects of entering camp completely healthy, and with that there is no reason to think he'll do anything less that dump in 20 to 25 goals again. He's far and away the team's No. 1 center. (Updated 10/4/11)
