Datsyuk red hot of late: Detroit C Pavel Datsyuk is on a great four-game streak at the moment. Datsyuk recorded assists on both goals scored in Tuesday's 2-0 shutout win over the Bruins. He now has points in four straight games and a total of eight in those contests.

Datsyuk has registered six assists and two goals in his last four games alone and has 12 points on the season in 11 games played. He remains a must-start Fantasy option for use in all leagues.

| Pavel Datsyuk cleaned up once again at the NHL awards ceremony in the offseason, but the Hart Trophy (MVP) continues to elude the Russian forward. Datsyuk was a finalist in 2008-09 for the Hart but lost out to two-time winner Alex Ovechkin. He still took home the Lady Byng Trophy (most gentlemanly player) for a fourth straight season and Selke Trophy (best defensive forward) for a second straight year. He has definitely been the Red Wings' MVP the last few years, leading the team in points for fourth straight seasons. He totaled 97 points for a second straight campaign in '08-09 and had a career-high 32 goals. Datsyuk was also better than plus-30 for a third straight season. He has 171 goals, 522 points and a plus-159 rating in 526 career games. Datsyuk has developed into one of the premier two-way forwards in the NHL and is a must-own Fantasy forward in all formats.
