Nash is off to a superb start this season with 22 points in 16 games and is well on pace to bust through the 80-point barrier for the first point in his career. Continue to roll with him in all Fantasy formats.

| There wasn't a situation in 2008-09 that Blue Jackets forward Rick Nash couldn't handle. Put him on the ice during even strength, he lit the lamp. If a goalie blinked on the power play, the puck went flying by. Down a man on the penalty kill, no problem. Nash had his finest season as a NHLer in his sixth season. He recorded career highs in goals (40), assists (39), points (79), plus-minus (11) and short-handed scores (5). He has six multi-goal games, including two hat tricks, and 24 multi-point games. The Blue Jackets locked up Nash with an eight-year contract extension in the offseason and they now have their franchise superstar under contract through the 2017-18 season. Nash has 194 goals and 355 points in 441 career games. He will remain among the elite Fantasy forwards on Draft Day. (Updated 8/17/09) |
