05/20/2012 19:22 Rangers' Brandon Prust suspended for Game 4 after elbow to Anton Volchenkov
Rangers forward Brandon Prust will miss Game 4 of the Eastern Conference final on Monday as he has been suspended for one game by NHL's head disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan and his office on Sunday evening. The NHL made the announcement on its network.
Injuries limited the newly-signed Volchenkov to just 57 games during the Devils' dismal 2010-2011 campaign. The bruising blueliner posted just eight assists, but he wasn't brought to New Jersey for his offensive prowess. He's one of New Jersey's top defensive players, but someone who won't find his name on the scoresheet often enough to merit fantasy consideration. (Updated 8/16/11)
