Fantasy Analysis
Emmerton's zero points and minus-4 rating spurred the lineup change. Patrick Eaves, who didn't see the ice in Game 6, will look to add to his assist from Game 1 of the first-round series. (Updated 5/13/13).
05/27/2013 22:52 Blackhawks surge back to top Red Wings, force Game 7
Bryan Bickell scored a go-ahead goal early in the third period and the Chicago Blackhawks held on to beat the Detroit Red Wings 4-3 in Game 6 on Monday night, giving the NHL's top-seeded team a shot to advance to the Western Conference finals.
05/20/2013 22:31 Red Wings outmuscle Blackhawks, lead series 2-1
Gustav Nyquist and Drew Miller scored 31 seconds apart midway through the second period and Pavel Datsyuk restored a two-goal lead in the third to help the Detroit Red Wings beat the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1 Monday night to take a 2-1 lead in the second round series.
Patrick Eaves was struck in the face while blocking a shot and the resulting jaw fracture and post-concussion symptoms ended his season after just 10 games last year. Even with the need for secondary scoring, Eaves won't be thrust into a top-six gig and his ceiling remains that of 20-25 point player if he's healthy. All signs point to him being 100 percent when training camp gets underway in September, putting him on track for a 12-minute per game checking role. (Updated 8/14/12)
