Canucks' Rai Returns From Back Injury

News: Prab Rai, who missed the entire 2010-11 season with a back injury, is taking part in the Young Stars Tournament this week, the Canucks' official site reports.
Analysis: Prab Rai has looked good in his first two contests, even netting a goal in his second game. The 2008 fifth-round pick has had success at the WHL level, but he'll need to stay healthy and prove his worth in the AHL before getting a legit look from the Canucks.

Canucks' Prospect Rai Sidelined With Back Injury

News: Rai has been sidelined all season with an ongoing back ailment, the Vancouver Province reports.
Analysis: Rai, the Canucks' fifth-round pick in 2008, lit up the WHL the past three seasons, but he needs to prove himself in the minor leagues before getting any kind of legit shot with the Canucks. He'll skate for Victoria of the ECHL once he's ready to return from his back injury.
