Red Wings Re-Sign Nestrasil

News: Andrej Nestrasil re-signed with the Red Wings on a one-year, two-way contract Thursday.
Analysis: Andrej Nestrasil, 23, spent all of last season with AHL Grand Rapids, logging 16 goals and 20 assists over 70 contests. He'll likely spend a fourth consecutive season in the minors, barring an incredible showing during training camp.

Red Wings Sign Nestrasil

News: The Red Wings have signed Nestrasil to a three-year, entry-level contract, the Detroit Free Press reports.
Analysis: The 20-year-old forward, a third-round pick in 2009, scored 178 points in 174 games in three seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He is expected to play in Grand Rapids in the AHL next season.
