News: Jakob Silfverberg (hand) is not expected to return until late December at the earliest, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
Analysis: Jakob Silfverberg was originally slated to miss 4-6 weeks after breaking his right hand in late October, but having just had his cast removed, it looks like he's now on the 8-to-10-week recovery plan. He has been able to resume skating since getting the cast off, but will still require additional time to get comfortable with handling a stick and shooting again.
