The Rutgers' passing game is going to through a complete makeover after their three biggest stars -- quarterback Mike Teel, wide receiver Kenny Britt and wide receiver Tiquan Underwood -- have moved on. One of the few familiar faces left is wide receiver Tim Brown, who led the team at 20.9 yards per catch in 2008. Brown was third on the team with 27 catches, second with 565 yards and second with six touchdowns. The 5-8, 165-pound speedster from Miami will now be asked to lead an inexperienced group of receivers and expect to be a top target for whoever takes over at quarterback. Brown can be a player that could have a solid senior season, but with so many unknown variables at Rutgers, it's best to consider him a Fantasy reserve to begin the season. (Updated 6/19/09)
