He might be under 6-feet, but Todd Reesing can sling the ball with the best of them on the college level. The senior quarterback and three-year starter heads into the 2009 season as one of the nation's top returning gunslingers. He was the fourth-leading passer last season, throwing for 3,888 yards. He also ranked in the top 10 in three other categories -- seventh for passing yards per game (299.1), eighth in total offense (316.3 ypg) and ninth in completions (25.3 per game). Reesing pretty much already holds every school passing record, including both career and season marks for yards, completion percentage and touchdowns. Reesing threw for 300 yards eight times in 2008 and has thrown 30-plus touchdowns two straight seasons. He has also thrown just 20 interceptions in that span. Reesing returns with a pair of 1,000-yard receivers -- Dezmon Briscoe and Kerry Meier -- so the surrounding help is in place. Reesing passes as a viable No. 1 Fantasy quarterback on Draft Day.
