Sam Bradford took the step toward college football immortality in 2008 by bringing home the Heisman Trophy, edging out Tim Tebow and Colt McCoy. The trio is back in 2009 with McCoy the only player in that group yet to win college football's most prestigious award. Bradford got there in '08 by completing 67.9 percent of his passes for 4,720 yards and 50 touchdowns. He also found the end zone five times on the ground as Oklahoma produced the nation's best scoring offense. Whether Bradford and Oklahoma can repeat that feat in 2009 is still to be seen. While top tight end Jermaine Gresham returns, as well as the dynamic rushing duo of DeMarco Murray and Chris Brown, Oklahoma lost four starters on the offensive line, and Ryan Broyles is the only receiver with significant numbers from last season returning. Bradford will be a No. 1 Fantasy option on Draft Day, but we have to expect at this stage his numbers could come back down to pedestrian level. He has more room to disappoint than surprise.
