Penn State fans will have to get used to seeing a new face in the kicking game after four-year starter Kevin Kelly graduated following the 2008 season. Kelly is the Big Ten's career leading scorer among kickers, so whoever takes the job will have some big shoes to fill. The former walk-on Collin Wagner has the inside track to supplant Kelly, but David Soldner and Anthony Fera are hanging around in case he can't get the job done. Wagner is a local boy from State College, Pa. He has made one field goal and five extra points in his career. He has yet to miss a kick in his college tenure. That will likely change in 2009 as he assumes full-time duty, but the opportunities should be there after Kelly posted 120 points as a senior in '08. Penn State did lose their top three receivers -- Deon Butler, Derrick Williams and Jordan Norwood -- but still return a good nucleus including quarterback Daryll Clark and 1,200-yard rusher Evan Royster. Wagner is definitely a Fantasy sleeper at the kicker position. (Updated 6/10/09)
