A gifted two-way player in high school, Michigan recruited Kevin Koger to play tight end in 2008. First-year head coach Rich Rodriguez didn't put a redshirt on the 6-foot-4, 245-pound Koger and started him in three of the nine games he appeared. Koger finished with six catches for 93 yards and one touchdown. Rodriguez's offense doesn't rely on the tight end to be a top pass-catching option despite Koger having soft hands. He has very minimal Fantasy appeal to begin the season. (Updated 6/10/09)
