After his eligibility as a Duke point guard expired following the 2008-09 season, Greg Paulus just wasn't content with saying goodbye to college athletics. Thanks to a loophole with the NCAA, Paulus had one year of eligibility to play college football in 2009-10. Being a former high school All-American quarterback in high school, Paulus figured he would give it a shot. He landed at Syracuse with a chance to compete for the starting job, and just a few weeks into fall camp he was able to overtake Ryan Nassib on the depth chart. Paulus hasn't played quarterback for quite some time, but it seems his natural athletic ability was enough for first-year coach Doug Marrone to give him the keys to the offense. Paulus might be a trendy Fantasy pick Draft Day, but is still a risky one as well. Who knows how he will react once the games count. (Updated 8/18/09)
