News: The Tigers allowed 31 points to Oklahoma State in Friday's Cotton Bowl, but got a sack fumble by SEC Defensive Player of the Year Michael Sam that was returned 73 yards for a touchdown by Shane Ray to seal the victory for Missouri.
Analysis: The Tigers allowed 548 yards of offense to the Cowboys, but forced three turnovers, including the crucial scoop-and-score with just 55 seconds left in the contest. Unfortunately for Mizzou, the Tigers will lose the aforementioned Sam to graduation, and fellow standout defensive lineman Kony Ealy will be an early entry to the NFL draft.

Analysis: South Carolina picked off three passes and also forced a fumble in the win. This was the last game of standout defensive end Jadeveon Clowney's collegiate career, as he noted following the contest that he will be turning pro as expected.

Analysis: The 'Canes defense was lit up often as the 2013 season came to a close. They were useful on special teams as well for fantasy purposes, but lack any ability to pressure opposing quarterbacks.Linebacker Denzel Perryman has not made a decision on his NFL future, but his loss would be a big blow to a struggling unit. A change amongst the defensive staff appears to be in order.
