|by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com|
|(7/13/15) The Kings made official Monday the signings of a trio of free agents. Guard Rajon Rondo, swingman Marco Belinelli and center Kosta Koufos signed their names to contracts.
Rondo is coming off a disappointing season in Boston and Dallas in which he averaged just 8.9 points a game. Belinelli contributed 9.2 points in 22 minutes per game for San Antonio while Koufos averaged 5.2 points and 5.3 rebounds in 17 minutes per game for Memphis.

|(7/4/15) The Kings have reportedly agreed to a four-year, $33 million deal with center Kosta Koufos, according to ESPN.com.
It was expected Koufous would be an attractive free agent this offseason, after he averaged better than five points-per-game in 2014-15 with the Grizzlies.

|(7/3/15) The Grizzlies are willing to use free-agent center Kosta Koufos in a sign-and-trade deal, sources told Yahoo Sports.

Grizzlies C Kosta Koufos to draw free-agent interest
|by Elliott Smith | Staff Writer|
|(5/27/15) Grizzlies big man Kosta Koufos played limited minutes behind Marc Gasol, but according to Eurohoops, several teams will be interested in his services once he becomes a free agent on July 1.
Memphis would like to re-sign him, but their decision will hinge on what happens with Gasol. Other teams rumored to be interested in Koufos are the Magic, Kings and Celtics.
Koufos averaged 5.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game this season, and recently expressed a desire to take on a starting role.
Kosta Koufos wants to start, could impact looming free agency
|(5/20/15) Kosta Koufos wants to showcase his skills from a starting role, according to ESPN.com.
Koufos displayed his talents in front of a national audience during the Grizzlies' playoff series against the Warriors, providing relief for Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph in the post.
The 26-year-old averaged 5.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game this season.
|The Grizzlies chose to keep Kosta Koufos around, activating a $3 million option for this season, and they'll need him in case one of their big men go down with injuries. After starting all 81 games with the Nuggets in 2012-13, Koufos earned only 22 starts and was relatively productive behind Marc Gasol last season. Those 22 starts came because of an MCL sprain to Gasol, and as a starter, he averaged 8.8 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks while shooting 45.9 percent from the field in 24.2 minutes per game. As a reserve, he averaged only 5.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 14.1 minutes per contest. Koufos isn't worth drafting, and he's only valuable in Fantasy if he gets enough playing time. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on his progress during the season, especially given Gasol's durability issues.
