The Warriors' Curry, who was named NBA MVP, and the Cavaliers' James received first team votes on all 129 ballots submitted. Joining Curry at guard on the All-NBA team is the Rockets' James Harden, who received 125 votes.

Joining James at forward is Anthony Davis of the Pelicans (119 votes). The center is Marc Gasol of the Grizzlies (65 votes).

The second team consists of the Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge, the Kings' DeMarcus Cousins, the Bulls' Pau Gasol, the Thunder's Russell Westbrook and the Clippers' Chris Paul.

The third team is the Spurs' Tim Duncan, the Clippers' Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan, the Warriors' Klay Thompson and the Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving

F Blake Griffin's 27 points not enough to stop Clippers' collapse

by Elliott Smith | Staff Writer
(5/17/15) Forward Blake Griffin racked up 27 points, but the Los Angeles Clippers could not figure out a way to reverse the momentum, losing a 3-1 advantage and the Western Conference semifinals Sunday to the Rockets, 113-100.

Griffin was an impressive 13 of 23 from the floor, but only got to the line twice as the Clippers fell behind early and could never catch up. While Griffin was on the floor, the Clippers were minus-12.

"We were close, but close doesn't really count. Almost doesn't count," Griffin said. "We were up 3-1 and didn't put them away. We can't look at anybody but ourselves."

Clippers F Blake Griffin drops 34 and 15 in Wednesday's loss

by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(5/7/15) Clippers forward Blake Griffin scored 34 points and grabbed 15 rebounds during Wednesday's game at Houston, but it was not enough as the Clippers fell 115-109.

Griffin shot 13 of 23 from the field and added four assists, one block and one steal. The 34 points were a game high. The series is now tied at 1-1.

Clippers' Blake Griffin steps up as vocal leader with Chris Paul out

by Shawn Krest | CBSSports.com
(5/5/15) Clippers forward Blake Griffin doesn't usually talk much on the court, when his teammates need correction.

"I’m not ever one of those guys that’s going to yell at guys," Griffin said, per InsideHoops.com. "It’s about helping them out."

Griffin was content to leave the yelling to teammate Chris Paul, a fiery on-court leader. But with Paul out for Game 1 and "50/50" for Game 2, according to coach Doc Rivers, Griffin is stepping out of his comfort zone.

He could be heard verbally leading his teammates during Game 1 and intends to do the same if Paul is sidelined for Game 2.

Clippers F Blake Griffin posts second straight triple-double

by Jason Butt | CBSSports.com
(5/5/15) Clippers forward Blake Griffin posted a triple-double in Monday night's Game 1 117-101 victory over the Rockets in the Western Conference semifinals.

Griffin scored 26 points, brought down 14 rebounds and posted 13 assists. He did this with guard Chris Paul sidelined with a hamstring injury. This is Griffin's second consecutive triple double.

Griffin shot 9 of 19 from the field and 8 of 10 free-throw attempts.
