Patterson able to make return : Kings forward Patrick Patterson was able to get back on the court for Friday's contest against the Spurs. Patterson, who had missed the previous two games with a sore lower back, finished with eight points and three rebounds in the 108-101 defeat. He went 4 of 8 from the field and also added two assists to his stat line, while logging 18 minutes off the bench. (Updated 4/13/13) |

| Fantasy Analysis |
Patterson has seen his production really take a hit since joining the Kings as he is averaging just 8.3 points and 5.1 rebounds over his first 20 games in Sacramento. He continues to see around 25 minutes off the bench most nights, but has only managed to score in double figures in three of his last eight games. Patterson only has value as a low-end option in deeper formats at this point. (Updated 4/13/13). |

Clippers win home-court advantage by beating Kings
Jamal Crawford scored 24 points, including several big shots down the stretch, and the Los Angeles Clippers locked up home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs, holding off the Sacramento Kings 112-108 on Wednesday night in the regular-season finale for both teams.

| Patrick Patterson is coming off yet another ankle surgery but should be 100 percent healthy by the beginning of the regular season for the Rockets. Patterson has his sights set on winning the Most Improved Player award this season in the NBA after averaging 7.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game over 23.2 minutes per night in 64 contests. Patterson has improved his game with each passing year and 2012-13 could be a breakthrough season for the 23-year-old. That said, Patterson does have a lot to prove before we laud him with plenty of Fantasy value. He's worthy of a late-round draft pick in the deeper Fantasy formats and nothing more at this time.
