(11/30/13) Celtics guard Jordan Crawford continued his solid play Friday, recording his career third triple-double in a 103-86 win over the Cavaliers.
Crawford scored just 11 points on 4 of 14 shooting, but more than made up for a poor shooting night by filling up the box score. Crawford dished out 10 assists and had just two turnovers, while adding 11 rebounds in 33 minutes of action.
Crawford has been very solid running the point in Boston, as he is averaging 14.6 points, 7.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game over the last five.

(11/22/13) Celtics shooting guard Jordan Crawford scored 20-plus points for the first time this season during Friday's contest against the Pacers.

|Jordan Crawford has all-around game vs. Magic |
|by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com|
(11/12/13) Celtics shooting guard Jordan Crawford enjoyed a solid, all-around performance during Monday's contest against the Magic.
Crawford went 7 of 12, including 0 of 1 from downtown, and 2 of 2 from the free throw line. He finished the game with 16 points, 10 assists and five rebounds. He also chipped in with a steal while logging 33 minutes of game action.
Crawford only had three career double-doubles and just one last season before Monday's game. He is averaging 12.6 points and 5.4 assists over his last five games played.
|Jordan Crawford takes over as starter for Gerald Wallace |
|by Jeff Lippman | CBSSports.com|
(11/6/13) The Celtics tweaked the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Utah, SBNation reports. Jordan Crawford will draw the start for coach Brad Stevens with Gerald Wallace headed to the bench.
The 31-year-old Wallace, a veteran on this young team, did not score over 28 minutes on Monday at Memphis. He's averaging just 5.5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game and is averaging just four shots per contest.
Crawford, on the other hand, is putting up 9.8 points, 2.8 assists and a 3-pointer per game over 19 minutes.
|Despite the fact that the Boston Celtics are rebuilding and just lost Paul Pierce among other scoring options, it still appears that Jordan Crawford will not be a starter in the NBA this season. Crawford split his time between Washington and Boston last year and made 14 total starts despite averaging 11.6 points per game with 3.2 assists. He's not a very accurate 3-point specialist and he tends to turn the ball over too much when he's given playing time. Crawford should be considered a late-round Fantasy option, at best, heading into next season.
