Cavaliers' LeBron: Kyrie Irving is 'turning into a leader'

by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(1/28/15) As Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving continues to develop his game, forward LeBron James said he's been more pleased with how Irving has improved his leadership, reports the Northeast Ohio Media Group.

After scoring 38 points against the Pistons on Tuesday, James said Irving has taken every opportunity to try and improve his leadership skills.

"He's turning into a leader in his own right, and every day it's great to see him improve," James said.

James added he's been impressed with how Irving has developed away from the court and that he never takes a day off.

"That's part of the process, and Kyrie has taken that full storm and if we continue to get that from him we'll be very, very good," James said.
