by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Irving continues to fill it up during the playoffs, and he has shown improved defense as well. He has scored 20 points or more in 11 of the 13 postseason contests, and his three-pointer has been falling with remarkable regularity. Irving has cooled off from beyond the arc in this series (26 percent), but he is is still averaging 23.8 points (47.8 FG, 45.3 3Pt, 84.0 FT), 4.8 assists, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.4 steals across 36 minutes per game during the playoffs.

Irving demonstrated marked improvement over his 3-for-19 showing from the field in Saturday's Game 3 loss, but his efforts weren't enough to aid the Cavaliers to a victory. He's now scored 20-plus points in five of the last six games, so expect that to be more of the norm for Irving over the remainder of the series.
