Boozer puts up huge line in win: With Taj Gibson and Joakim Noah dealing with injuries, the Bulls have been forced to rely on Carlos Boozer heavily recently. Boozer was up for the task Thursday against the Nets, as he put up a huge double-double in a come from behind victory. Boozer led the team with 29 points and 18 rebound, while shooting 12 of 22 from the field. He added three assists and turned the ball over three times, in a 92-90 win. (Updated 4/4/13) |

| Fantasy Analysis |
With how much grief Boozer catches, it is easy to forget that he was one of the most productive big men in the league in his Utah days. He has been in rare form recently, averaging 21.0 points and 13.0 rebounds per game over the last five. The Bulls have needed a lot from him, and he has stepped up. Given his current role on the team, Boozer should be active in all Fantasy formats down the stretch. (Updated 4/4/13). |
| Carlos Boozer is entering his third season with the Bulls and will have to become one of the main focal points on the team with Derrick Rose out until at least January and perhaps for most of the season. Boozer will certainly be asked to do more scoring after averaging 15.0 points per game last year, his lowest average since his rookie season with Cleveland. In fact, even Boozer's rebounding was down last year to its lowest level since that 2002-03 season with the Cavaliers. Boozer did much more in his first season with the Bulls, averaging 17.5 points and 9.6 boards, and we feel his 2012-13 could resemble that a little more. Boozer will once again enter the season as one of the more consistent and reliable Fantasy power forwards available. He is a high-end Fantasy option in all formats. (Updated 8/22/12) |
