Williams back to running: 49ers receiver Kyle Williams, who ended last season in Week 12 with a torn ACL, announced on Twitter on Tuesday that he ran for the first time since having surgery on his knee and "felt great." He ended the tweet with the message "#speed." (Updated 3/27/13)
Knee - Questionable for start of training camp (Updated - 3/13/13)
Williams will be a reserve receiver for the 49ers if he returns at 100 percent for the start of the season. Keep an eye on his recovery, but he is not worth drafting in the majority of leagues. (Updated 3/27/13).
Kyle Williams had a rough year in 2012. He was limited to 11 games because of a torn ACL, and he finished the season with 14 catches for 212 yards and a touchdown. We hope he'll be ready for the start of the season, but even if he does he would have minimal Fantasy value. Keep an eye on Williams and his recovery, but he should not be drafted in the majority of leagues. (Updated 4/25/13)
