by Larry Hartstein | CBSSports.com (1/6/14) Five days before they play the Patriots, the Colts signed former Patriots receiver Deion Branch. Branch played for New England from 2002 through '05 and from 2010 through 2012.
He has not played a down this season, though he worked out for Indianapolis three weeks ago.

01/11/2014 23:36 Blount has 4 TD runs, Pats top Colts 43-22
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) LeGarrette Blount had four touchdown runs and the New England Patriots kept Andrew Luck from a second straight comeback win, beating the Indianapolis Colts 43-22 on Saturday night to advance to their third consecutive AFC championship game.
Deion Branch is a free agent this offseason, and it will be interesting to see if he remains loyal to the Patriots. Branch had two separate stints with New England in 2012, but he did not play well with 16 catches for 145 yards and no touchdowns. He will be 34 when next season starts, and his best days are clearly behind him. Keep an eye on where he signs, but he should not be drafted in any Fantasy leagues. (Updated 4/26/13)
