|Charles Tillman probable for Week 9 |
|by Jeff Lippman | CBSSports.com|
(11/2/13) Bears cornerback Charles Tillman is officially probable on the injury report for the Week 9 Monday night game at Green Bay, the Chicago Tribune reports. Tillman showed no signs of limitation on his right knee in practice Saturday.
Tillman has been dealing with inflammation in his knee for a while now. Coming off a bye last week, Tillman has had time to heal and is probable for the first time since Week 2. He has been questionable before each of the Bears’ previous five games.
"It was beneficial getting time off to let the knee rest,” Tillman said Saturday after practice.
|Charles Tillman continued to be an excellent source of tackles with 85 total, adding three interceptions for touchdowns to go with a ridiculous 10 forced fumbles and 19 passes defensed. Consider him a No. 1 Fantasy DB worth a middle-round pick – not much higher – in drafts this summer. (Updated 4/25/13) |
