Raiders list inactives for Week 7
|by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com|
|(10/19/14) The Raiders have listed QB Matt McGloin, WR Vincent Brown, CB Keith McGill, FB Marcel Reece, OL Khalif Barnes, OL Tony Bergstrom and DE Justin Tuck as inactive Week 7 against the Cardinals.
Brown and McGill had been ruled out prior to the contest, so the moves shouldn't come as a surprise. Barnes, Reece and Tuck were all considered questionable, but none of the three will be able to go.
Key Raiders Tuck, Reece deemed questionable for Week 7

|(10/17/14) Defensive end Justin Tuck (knee) and fullback Marcel Reece (quad) have been designated as questionable by the Raiders for their Sunday game against Arizona.
The other questionable player is linebacker Khalif Barnes (quad).
Those three are in better shape than wideout Vincent Brown (hamstring), cornerback Keith McGill (groin) and free safety Usama Young (foot), all of whom have been ruled out.
The trio of probables is headlined by quarterback Derek Carr, who is all but certain to play despite ankle and knee issues. Defensive end Benson Mayowa (knee) and linebacker Sio Moore (ankle) are also probable.
Raiders DE Justin Tuck gets thumbs-down again Thursday

|(10/16/14) Raiders defensive end Justin Tuck again missed practice Thursday with a knee injury, the Bay Area News Group has reported.
Tuck left the Sunday game with the issue, but then returned. He was out of practice Wednesday. It remains to be seen if his absences place his availability for the Sunday game against Arizona in jeopardy.
Raiders DE Justin Tuck (knee) misses practice Wednesday

|(10/15/14) Raiders defensive end Justin Tuck didn't practice Wednesday after suffering a knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Chargers.
Tuck re-entered the game Sunday after suffering the injury, but he was given Wednesday off in order to keep him fresh for the team's Week 7 matchup with the Cardinals. He's managed just one sack on the season, while the Raiders only have five as a team.
Justin Tuck gets first sack as Raider
|by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer|
|(9/21/14) Raiders defensive lineman Justin Tuck, who missed a day of practice earlier in the week because of an illness, not only played Week 3 at New England, but he also recorded his first sack with his new team, finishing with four total tackles (two solo).
Tuck had 11 sacks for the Giants last year.
|Justin Tuck is leaving the Giants after nine seasons to sign with the Raiders this year. He had a big season with the Giants in 2013 with 11 sacks, which was the first time since 2010 that he reached double digits in sacks. The Raiders could use help with their pass rush, so hopefully Tuck still has something left at 31. He is more of a No. 3 defensive lineman than a No. 2 option at this point in his career, and we would only draft him with a late-round pick in IDP leagues.
