Bruins' David Krejci: Excels with three-point night

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(3/9/17) Krejci collected two goals, a assist, three shots and a plus-4 rating during Wednesday's win over Detroit.

The veteran pivot is turning in another solid season, with 18 goals and 45 points through 67 games. While he's past his offensive prime and isn't a must-own center in shallow seasonal leagues, Krejci's still capable of moving the fantasy needle. After all, following a slow start, he now has 14 goals, 29 points and 78 shots through the past 37 games.

Bruins' David Krejci: Notches goal in second straight game

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(2/27/17) Krejci scored a goal while seeing 17:02 worth of ice time in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Stars.

Krejci, who has scored in back-to-back games, has quietly picked up the pace of late, with eight points over seven outings since Bruce Cassidy took over Boston's coaching reins. Overall, Krejci has recorded 16 goals and 42 points to go along with a minus-13 rating over 62 games, but the crafty center's recent uptick in production has certainly boosted his fantasy stock as the NHL stretch run approaches.

Bruins' David Krejci: Has multi-point night against Montreal

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(2/13/17) Krejci scored his 14th goal of the season and had an assist in Sunday's win over Montreal.

That's back-to-back multi-point games for Krejci, who has been held off the scoresheet just twice in his last nine games. The 30-year-old is centering the second line and is putting together another solid season. Krejci's minus-12 rating is a letdown, but his consistent point production make him worth owning in most leagues.

Bruins' David Krejci: Exits break with two points

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(2/1/17) Krejci scored a goal and added a power-play assist in Tuesday's 4-3 victory over the Lightning.

His last multi-point game came way back on Dec. 29, so this is a welcome start to Krejci's second half. With 33 points in 55 games and a career-worst minus-11 rating, he's well short of the fantasy value to which we've become accustomed, but a hot run in February could have Krejci back in his owners' good graces in no time. Don't give up on him.

Bruins' David Krejci: Logs 31 points before All-Star break

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
(1/27/17) Krejci heads into the NHL All-Star break with 11 goals and 31 points to go along with a minus-11 rating over 52 games.

While Krejci's 2016-17 production hasn't been dazzling, on the plus side, the slick center, who underwent an offseason hip procedure, has played in all 52 of the Bruins' games to date. Look for the 30-year-old to continue to provide a degree of fantasy utility in the coming weeks/months, while entrenched in a top-six role up front for Boston, as well as seeing his share of power play duty. Moreover, as Krejci distances himself from his hip woes, it wouldn't surprise us to see the highly-skilled playmaker pick up the scoring pace at some point as the season progresses.
